Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist, below the rib cage and above the hip bone, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Hip: Measure at the fullest part of your hips and bum, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
